Early Childhood (Ages 3–5)
Early Childhood Music & Movement
The earliest years shape everything that follows.
Our Early Childhood program introduces young learners to music through movement, rhythm, and play—creating a joyful first experience that builds confidence, coordination, and listening skills.
At this stage, children are not just learning music—they are developing:
- Focus and attention
- Motor coordination
- Language and listening skills
- Confidence in group settings
- Creativity and self-expression
Through guided activities, singing, rhythm exercises, and interactive play, students begin to understand musical patterns, pitch, and timing in a way that feels natural and engaging.
Our approach is gentle, structured, and developmentally appropriate—designed to nurture curiosity while establishing early discipline and routine.
This program also serves as a strong foundation for future study in voice, piano, and instrumental training within the Harlem Boys Choir Music School.
A First Step Into Music
In a supportive and joyful environment, young learners begin building the skills—and the confidence—that will carry them forward.
Every great musician begins in play—where curiosity becomes rhythm, and rhythm becomes voice.”
