A 10-week creative experience where students grow in music, arts, performance, and media—while exploring New York City through curated weekly field trips and hands-on learning.
At Harlem Boys Choir Music School, summer is not a break from learning—it is a season of expansion, creativity, and discovery.

Tuition
- $150 per week
- $75 registration deposit (non-refundable, applied to tuition)
Program Focus Areas
Students rotate through immersive daily programming in:
- Music (voice, piano, ensemble)
- Arts (visual and performance arts)
- Media (storytelling, recording, digital creation)
- Movement & creative expression
- Ensemble rehearsal and performance preparation
Weekly Field Trips (Fridays)
Every Friday, students experience NYC through structured cultural, educational, and recreational trips designed to expand creativity and world awareness.

- American Museum of Natural History
- Brooklyn Museum
- The Metropolitan Museum of Art
- Bronx Zoo
- New York Botanical Garden
- Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
- Staten Island Ferry & Liberty Harbor Learning Tour
- Harlem Cultural Heritage Walking Tour

Final Week Performance Project
The summer culminates in a full student production of:
Benjamin Britten’s Noah’s Ark
Students participate in a fully staged opera-inspired performance experience, combining music, acting, ensemble singing, and visual storytelling.
This final project allows students to:
- Apply everything learned over the summer
- Perform in a structured production environment
- Collaborate across age groups and disciplines
- Experience the discipline of a professional rehearsal process
